Partnering with industry is a key component of our growth strategy and is possible in several areas: disruptive materials discovery, incremental materials improvement, contract R&D, and sales/license of proprietary discovery tools.

Wildcat is establishing corporate partnerships to conduct paid research in three clean tech areas: Li-ion battery electrodes and electrolytes; catalysts and hydrogen storage materials for fuel cells; and low cost electronic inks for photovoltaic solar cells. Wildcat intends to share in the value of newly discovered materials through flexible licensing and royalty agreements, and is developing pilot scale synthesis capability.
