Our HTP is Housed in a Cutting-Edge Facility

Wildcat’s HTP was developed and custom built in-house

Founded in 2006, Wildcat has been building and improving our HTP for over a decade.
In 2018, Wildcat built a state of the art lab. Wildcat’s footprint is approximately 45,000 sq. ft. in San Diego, CA.
Wildcat uses over 10,000 R&D battery channels, and can run 15-20 research programs simultaneously.
In addition to HTP, Wildcat has a dry room and conventional pouch cell line, conventional analytical equipment, and fully equipped machine shop and engineering center.
In 2023, we will add a 2nd dry room and 2nd, larger format, pouch cell line.

Synthesis Laboratory Learn More

Wildcat’s high throughput synthesis lab is where discoveries are born. These unique tools enable our scientists to synthesize hundreds of unique materials every day. Each sample is prepared in bulk powder form of roughly 1g.

Scale Up & Validation Learn More

Scale up and validation of new materials is a Wildcat core competency and important part of our customer projects. We can typically scale up the production of new materials from grams to kilograms in-house.

Engineering Lab Learn More

Wildcat’s Engineering Lab is second-to-none. This innovative team of engineers designs and builds the high throughput automation equipment and software that enable the scientific team to accelerate our R&D.
