Danielle Mackie is the Director of Human Resources at Wildcat Discovery Technologies. She has 15 years of experience in human resources on a global scale. Danielle’s expertise lies in aligning HR functions with long-term business objectives. She has strong in-depth HR knowledge of all aspects of human capital, including talent acquisition and management, learning and development, HR operations, and employee and labor relations in both union and non-union settings. Before joining Wildcat Discovery Technologies, Danielle had a successful 13+ year career with Caterpillar, Inc., a world leader in heavy equipment manufacturing. During her tenure at Caterpillar, she led multiple human capital initiatives in various industries such as construction, oil and gas, and renewable energy.
